I paid for a large bouquet for my daughters birthday for fast same day 4 hour delivery with a balloon. I was so made when she sent me a picture of what was delivered. They were 6 hours late, the was no balloon, they sent the SMALL bouquet. Never again and I will be posting this on my social media. All I got back was $13 refund for spending almost $85. So disappointed that business will short change people trying to do a nice thing for others.
