I've had good results from them but the last time for Mother's Day they sent roses that were already drooping and within a few days they were completely dead. I could deal with this if they would have answered my email to let them know that the local company they used had failed them. I sent pictures and asked for new fresh flowers. I was completely ignored, no response at all! I emailed them back to let them know I will never use their services again if they didn't make this right. Again I was completely ignored! So I suggest if you want a hit and miss company that has no customer service then use them. If you expect better I'd find a better company! I tried to up load pictures to show you but it wouldn't upload for some reason.
