Ordered “PLUSH” Teddy Bear and Balloons… requested same day delivery, didn’t happen.
Ordered the premium size (for a sick 5’year old. Was told I would get an email once delivered. Never received and email. Called my son to see if it was delivered. It was, he didn’t know who it was from because my card was not included, he then sent me a picture of the “PLUSH” Teddy Bear. It was a 6 inch scruffy, used looking Bear.
With tax, delivery charges I paid $91. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m now fighting to get a refund, not getting a response.
