Ordered for my mother in law for her birthday and was completely embarrassed by what showed up. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Managed to get a 20% refund and $20 credit for more flowers (as if I’ll ever buy from them again). Appreciate that they handled the complaints but I imagine that’s all they get so they must be pretty good at it by now. Truly awful. Just…wow.
