Placed 2 separate orders for same day delivery with expedited service. I got an email saying they would be delivered by 6pm and refunded me the expedited service. An hr later got another email saying the florist didn’t have the flowers so I had to cancel that order. 3 hrs later I got an email saying the second order was delivered but it never was. They offered discounts but I said they could keep them. Will never use them again for flowers. Awful first time customer experience!
