I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary 10 days in advance. On the day no delivery had been made. Contacted customer service multiple times at around 6pm asking where the order was, they were unable to give an answer and kept saying they would email me with more information. No such email came.
By 7pm I demanded a full refund and once again had to fight with customer service to get it. Appalling experience that ended up ruining an anniversary. DO NOT USE.
