The order came to 100 dollars, it was for a deluxe teddy bear and balloons for our new granddaughter. The bear looked like it came from the claw machine it was so cheap and the balloons were hideous. It looked nothing like the picture!!! To say we were beyond disappointed and embarrassed that this was what our beautiful newborn grand baby recieved is an understatement. I will never use them ever again! Also they tried to offer a 20% discount I declined and insisted they refund the entire amount as their policy says!
