First, they sent me an email saying the flowers had been delivered, but I hadn’t received them. The customer service agent on the phone told me he couldn’t issue a refund or a replacement before 6pm - they did show up 2 hours later. But what I got is not even close to the double upgraded “premium” arrangement I ordered. $89 for 3 lilies and some junk filler is an outrageous rip-off. When I complained, they did offer a 30% refund - which is inadequate. Do yourself a favor: don’t place an order with FromYouFlowers.
