UP DATE. Customer service called me the guy was very nice he refunded me 30dlr and the next day they send another flowers bouquet, much closer to what I order, I'm happy with my order now, I left a bad review but I couldn't find it to up date, that's why I'm writing again. I will definitely give another try!
