First I had to pay a $15.00 delivery fee which they told me was a guarantee fee on the phone that I would be 100% happy with the order and a $3.00 fee for the weekend charge, the flowers did not have a balloon with it which I specifically asked the sales woman (it was in the picture)that did my order. And the picture does not match with what the recipient received. I will never order from them again
