I ordered a bouquet for delivery and THEN looked up reviews and was instantly full of regret. The reviews for this company were so terrible that I was certain my Aunt would never get the sympathy flowers for her daughter who passed away. I live in NY, USA and ordered to Qc Canada. I even tried to cancel my order but it was too late. To my surprise, my Aunt received an absolutely beautiful bouquet, delivered on time to her home in Canada. It was just as pictured. I am so relieved and pleased.
