Paid $100 to have a oh Christmas tree delivered to my father for Christmas instead of getting a premium Christmas tree style arrangement delivered with roses and Christmas colors that I paid extra for he received a centerpiece with lilies and pink flowers and candles I placed three separate orders for three separate deliveries and that one was even remotely the right item and paid over $300 for all three deliveries and when I called customer service, they offered me a 20% discount for not delivering the right flowers no refund only a 20% discount
