TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT The worst experience. The flowers weren't guanteeed the day of delivery. The recipient said she can't even believe they brought them to her door. Some flowers were wilted, broken stems, flowers looked as if smashed. She said it didn't even look like an arrangement. From You Flowers only wanted to give me a 20% credit towards my next bouquet. After yelling at the the guy who I couldn't understand I finally received a 50% refund. FOR NOW ON I WILL ONLY WORK WITH LOCAL. Online wasn't worth the convenience.
