I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. This company lacks communication. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend because she just recently lost her father. My order was supposed to be delivered 2 days after I ordered it (perfectly fine and I was happy with that) but it got pushed back TWICE and ended up arriving 4 days after the original delivery date which also ended up being after the funeral. Not to mention, the morning of the delivery date I received an email from the company saying the original arrangement I ordered wasn’t going to be the one delivered. I was frustrated because I feel that information should’ve been told to me sooner. In the end, she did receive her flowers and was happy with them but I will never use this company again because of the lack of communication throughout the whole process.
