Zero stars. The worst experience ever! My mother ordered an up-sized ivory and gold centerpiece for the Christmas dinner table to be delivered on 12/23. Well, we got flowers on 12/23, but they were a cheap small "centerpiece" of red carnations with greens and a gold candle that wouldn't stand up. Worth $20 maybe. I called and they promised to deliver the proper one on the 24th. Didn't come. Repeat steps - promised on the 25th. This time I also asked for a credit for all the hassle. 12/25 - no flowers, no refund. Repeat steps on 12/25. Repeated promise for 12/26. 12/26 - no flowers, no refund. Stupidly tried once more for 12/27, but as usual, no flowers and NEVER any refund. The credit card company stepped in and gave my mother the refund. This company is a SCAM.
