They sent the wrong (cheaper) flowers. They were not even close to what I ordered. I ordered white lillies and roses, but got mixed colored flowers. I read the reviews and debated using them due to poor reviews. However, I gave them a chance but will not use them again. Customer service stated they would give me a 30% discount off cost of flowers only, and a coupon for future use. So I basically got the bait and switch scam.
