I ordered a premium bouquet for my in-laws for Christmas. It looked NOTHING like what was advertised. In the advertised picture, the premium bouquet had 7 roses just on the one side featured. It also had several ornaments through the arrangement. The order received had a total of 6 roses & ONE ornament on one side! The “tree topper” was not on top of the tree, it cascaded down the side of the BUSH. And who thinks that a fireplace looks fitting to place a tree on top of it? I was so embarrassed! I have emailed them several times & only received one response asking for the order info which I did reply with ALL info they asked. STILL no response!
