The flowers our friend received (from our order with this company) were ugly, plain, and cheap-looking. We are embarrassed that she thinks we would send her something that looks worse than flowers sold at a gas station. The bouquets on the website are huge, colorful, lush, and gorgeous; they pulled a bait and switch on us. When our friend sent us a photo of what she received, we were shocked and I immediately emailed the company. They did not respond other than to give me a credit of $9 (on a $60+ order)!!! Totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before giving them my business.
