Horrible customer service
Flowers delayed 4 days for no reason (no weather issues) offered worthless $10 coupon, I already get a higher discount and I rarely order flowers, they offered a 20% discount of $8 that does not cover shipping - by the time they get there, they will be dead, and I have to call back again.
Will never use again. The agents were rude, and didn't understand this was the one way I could put a smile on my mom's face who was spending another birthday alone as a widow since I'm 9 hours away.
