I paid for the Expedited Service Option, but the flowers were not delivered. Since my friend's birthday is today, do you think providing the present late is OK? They didn't keep what they promised, and I want to advise other customers. A celebration is important, and they cannot joke with people's trust. I asked for a refund, but nothing happened yet.
