Ordered flowers to be sent to my sister because her mil passed away. Roses had brown pedals. I contacted them, and they resent another, and once again, they were worse! Roses were brown in spots, n dying! I was so embarrassed when my sister called saying the flowers were worse than before. So, I complained to the company, and they only gave me a 30% refund. Awful company! I’ll never order from them again!
