I received an email saying my flowers were delivered. If they were, I hope whoever in the hell got them enjoyed them, because they did NOT get delivered to my sister-in-law.
I spent hours trying to track them down, to no avail. Calling the company is an exercise in further frustration, as their reps are difficult to understand, what with their heavy foreign accents.
I was promised a refund, but I'm not counting on it. I will NEVER order from them again. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
