Flowers were delivered late. It was hard talking to customer service due to language barriers. Representatives had very heavy accents and things were lost in translation. Two orders were supposed to be delivered to me. The first was delivered late but fine. The second was delivered and left at the front door. The delivery driver said she only needed to ring the doorbell not to make sure someone was home? It was an overall mess. Use another company!
