This is my first time ordering through you'll and I am terribly disappointed! I sent this delivery to my daughter today, not just for Valentine's Day because it meant so much more. I ordered flowers with a specific vase color shape and color that was offered and received the opposite, also the flowers were not put together full or neat at all. I paid a lot of money that was nothing like what it was supposed to be. For some reason if they felt overwhelmed I would have rather gotten a late order with what I wanted then something random...What can you do to make this right?
