Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day to have them sent to her work website says that all deliveries will be completed by 6 PM. So I contact them and ask them why the delivery wasn’t completed and they told me that I had the wrong address. I asked them to read the address and it was the correct address. They tried to tell me that I put it in wrong and that it was my fault that they weren’t delivered And when I asked for a refund, they said oh no no we’ll just deliver them tomorrow to the same address that they were supposed to deliver them to today on Valentine’s Day, which defeats the purpose completely so in short, don’t use them they won’t give you a refund. They won’t deliver your flowers on time. This service is an absolute scam.
