I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Not only were the flowers wilted when they arrived, they were not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 30% refund. I paid an extreme amount of money for these flowers, so 30% is a drop in the bucket for the problems that I encountered. Customer Service stated someone would promptly get back to me, however that never occurred. CEO, Michael Chapin, if you are reading this, you need to supervise your staff more efficiently, because not only will I never order from your company again, I will be sure to spread the word.
