It looks like there are a lot of problems from the complaints below.
My flowers were to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Then I got an email saying they would be delivered on Saturday. I got email confirmation saying they were delivered however, my recipient did not receive any flowers..
So now we are on Saturday. Sunday normally flower places are not open and Monday is a holiday.. so much for the “special thought” and high delivery fee.
I’d like resolve with a bigger arrangement, same day delivery fee refunded to make up for this asap.
