Flowers were not delivered after being ordered two days in advance. Both chat support and email offered apologies but did not follow up after promising they would contact the florist and take steps to resolve the issue. A phone support agent offered a partial refund with guaranteed delivery two days after the missed delivery. That delivery never happened. Once back on the phone with support I was made to feel uncomfortable when I requested a refund. This will be my first and last order with fromyouflowers.com. Happy Valentine’s Day.
