HORRIBLE. Advertised with a discount. Discount not applied. Email x3 did not resolve. First phone call did not resolve because they hung up on me. Second phone call, rude and condescending. Refusing to do a refund, trying to explain multiple times of something I already understand. Requested multiple times that the order should be cancelled immediately and refunded. Stating he had to get supervisor, then came back to explain again!? Still on hold, waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund. This company HORRIBLE customer service AND Misleading advertisement. Will update to see if the refund is actually applied.
