First of all I wish I had read these previous reviews! I ordered a standing spread of lavender and white flowers for a wake. I understand they can substitute A flower if they don't have one of the flowers. However, There was No purple, No lavender and No fuchsia color flowers in my arrangement. It was basically White. And the roses that they put in look like they had been bloomed for a week. It was very embarrassing to me. All they refunded me was 30%! You Don't get a DO OVER for a wake or Any Special Event! I told them they need to find a new vendor because this place they use does not do their website justice and I will NEVER shop their site again! Hell Jewel probably could do a better job!
