I ordered flowers and balloons for my friend's birthday the day before and paid the Expedited Delivery Fee to ensure my gift would be delivered before 12 PM. However, they processed it as same-day delivery (+$). In the end, the order was delivered two days late, without the balloons—only the flowers, which also did not look like the picture. Who needs flowers two days after a birthday for over $100?!
