Ordered flowers/chocolate for same-day delivery and expedited delivery to be there by 12pm. When order not delivered by 12pm, I called Customer Service 5 times in the afternoon to find out the status of my order as the Track your Order Link just says "Delivery Scheduled". Customer service has NO way to contact the Local Florist to make sure the order is actually on the way. Completely awful and stressful for me as the customer. Finally get a call at 830p only for Customer Service to tell me that the the order won't be delivered today. This was an awful experience.
