Flowers were supposed to be arranged in a vase. They were delivered to my wife on Valentines day, at work, in a box. My wife had to put the unbloomed flowers in the vase. Since they didn't come with the stay fresh packett you get with any bouquet of flowers you get from Wal-Mart, Kroger, ect, the flowers died before they bloomed. I sent an email to "From You Flowers" and asked how they could make it right. They gave me a $12 refund on my $87 purchase. I will never again order from here and I recommend you don't either.
