At first customer service was great and accommodating. I paid for same day, all of a sudden they can't do that. How can you say you offer next day delivery and not fulfill it? Then they offer today and refund my delivery fee and increased the bouquet size, ok fine. Then they run out of the bouquet I actually ordered. Now they're saying it's gonna be delayed another day? Just cancelled my order.
