Ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend's father's funeral. Received no prior notification that a vendor could not be located and the flowers would not be delivered. By the time I received the notification, the funeral was already in progress and there was nothing I could do. There are no do overs for funerals, so I am beyond words on how highly disappointed I am. They should not be in the business of delivering any sort of flowers to anyone for any occasion.
