I ordered an urn tribute for my father from From you Flowers for $153.00. What was delivered was a small vase with a handful of flowers. No more than $30.00 at any grocery store. I called and was offered a 20% refund! After refusing the offer went to 30%. Again I refused pointing out that they are stealing from people in their grief. The final offer was then 50%. They should be ashamed. I will obviously never order from them again as they are not trustworthy or honorable. The pictures show what I ordered and paid for versus what was recieved.
