Worst ever. Everything went wrong. Couldn’t understand person who took my call. Took an hour to place order because of language barrier. Was never told vase was not included in price of flowers. Couldn’t deliver same day like website said. Flowers came in box with no vase. Tulips were all just buds with all greenery as filler. Spelled granddaughters name wrong. Charged me the medium size price instead of the small price I asked for. After calling to complain they agreed to credit my account 10.00 and give me 20% off my next order which will never happen again. Learned my lesson and will always check reviews in the future.
