If I could leave zero stars I would. I picked a beautiful arrangement to deliver to a friend. I paid for expedited shipping and that was the only thing I was satisfied with. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. I understand substitutions but this was like a 2 year old threw some flowers in a vase. I emailed my dissatisfaction and they offered me 15 dollar gift card. I informed them that I would not order from them again sent a picture of the mess delivered and said some sort of refund was more appropriate. They refunded me 7.79 of my 70 dollar purchase. What a rip off avoid this flower company at all costs. I'm uploading what I got compared to what I ordered you be the judge.
