No words are really needed—the photo speaks volumes.
The image on the right shows the arrangement I ordered for $76. The image on the left shows what was actually delivered—mostly greenery with little resemblance to what was promised.
It’s incredibly disappointing that anyone would consider this an acceptable substitution. I won’t be ordering from this company again.
