Hello, I’m reaching out because I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement I recently received. I paid $50 and specifically requested star lilies to be included, but they were not in the bouquet at all. To make matters worse, several of the flowers were already wilting upon arrival. This is incredibly frustrating, especially given the cost and the care I took to specify what I wanted. I was expecting a fresh, vibrant arrangement and unfortunately, this did not meet those expectations. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and hope you can offer a resolution. Thank you
