I ordered a funeral spray to be delivered on May 7 and it was never delivered. It was ordered and paid for four days prior to the funeral. A company representative called hours after the funeral was over and asked if there was somewhere else I would like the flowers sent. Really? I could not get an explanation why the order was not filled. I demanded an apology letter and my money back. They sure didn’t have any difficulty taking my payment which was over three hundred dollars. The funeral was held in Springfield Illinois, the state capitol, and surely there were available florists to fill my order. Do NOT use this company as they are totally unreliable.
