I ordered flowers on May 7 for delivery on May 11 mother's day to Cambridge Massachusetts. their website claims they just local florists. I chose "delivery between 5/8 and 5/11" and got an email which stated delivery by mother's day may 11. the next day I got an email at 10pm saying my order was shipped and out for delivery. I followed the link to ups and it said they had picked up the flowers in Pennsylvania and they would be delivered on Monday. I talked to three different t people at the company. they had trouble finding my order (I had the order no.) then said there was no delivery date specified, then offered me a 50% discount, then said there was nothing they could do. other websites give them a great review but that can be faked. avoid these people.
