Flowers were delivered on the wrong day and were completely different from what ordered. Three of the roses in the arrangement were dead. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me 20% back and when I said no they upped it to 30%. Then I spoke with a supervisor who said she would give me 50% back and deliver knew flowers on the date I originally requested but there was no proof of the new order so I asked for a full refund. After hours of this they finally agreed to give me a full refund
