Do NOT order flowers from this company if you want them for a holiday delivery!!! I ordered flowers for my mother in law 5 DAYS before Mother’s Day expecting them to be delivered on time. Well, I was extremely disappointed when Mother’s Day had come and gone and NO flowers!!! I called customer service and the representative who I could hardly understand tells me that the flowers will not be delivered on Sunday and he could give me a partial refund and have the flowers delivered on Wednesday 14th. Are you kidding me???? Absolutely not!!! I demanded a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere! Absolutely ridiculous after spending $80 on flowers and now my mother in law is empty handed on her special holiday! Beyond frustrated!!!
