I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Tuesday. The next day I checked and saw they were not delivered. I chatted with someone who assured me they would be delivered that day. The next day I checked and still no delivery. This time I emailed and they said they would contact the florist and give me an update. I never heard back and the flowers were not delivered the 2nd day either. I called the company and was told they would reach out to the florist and assured me they would be delivered tomorrow. The people are going out of town so I asked for a full refund and they refused saying they could give me %20 back on my order (so basically shipping costs). I explained I wanted to order them from somewhere else so they actually received them and they said I would need to wait because the flowers were showing in transit (from 2 days ago). Customer service tried to be helpful but this is ridiculous. If you can't send flowers on time then don't offer a date to be chosen for them to be sent. Wish I would have read reviews before spending this money
