I have never been more disappointed. I was charged for a premium arrangement, over $72.00. What I expected and what I got was VERY different. Three roses, a couple of carnations, and fillers. NOT EVEN IN THE COLORS PROMISED. Orange vase and not a clear one promised. When I called to resolve this issue, I was promised $20.00 refund, THEY ONLY GAVE ME $15. I will NEVER use this service again. And the florist, well lets just say if you know that this company shafts you, don't take their work.
