I used this company twice within a month, in both instances the flowers didn't make it on time. To make matters worse, in both instances I got an email stating that the floral arrangements were delivered on time so I was given a false sense of relief.
The first floral arrangement arrived a week later after I made four calls to customer service.
The second time,the flowers never made it so I just asked for a full refund which it was granted after arguing with the customer service representative.
