I ordered a corsage to be delivered the day before we would need it and paid for the expedited delivery. I received an email late the day of order that it would be delivered the next day. I called them twice and the assured me it would be here. I got nervous about 2 hours before my son had to leave for prom, I called around, but florists are not open in our town on Saturday. I went out with 2 bulging discs in severe pain to try to find something to replace it. 3 stops later I bought what I needed to make it myself. I ordered it because I am injured and it hurts to drive. They only refunded my expedite charge, not the full amount. I feel like I should be compensated for my pain and stress. This should have been a happy day, but this company made it a stressful one. Do not use them. It’s not about the money, it’s the bad experience that I will never forget.
