Ordered in the morning for a same-day delivery (which I paid extra for.)
Order wasn't delivered and they didn't even let me know until after close of business day! The next day by noon, no update, no one can give me a timeframe for delivery, and since it was for an anniversary, it was a day too late anyway. They did nothing to try to make it right.
