I ordered flowers for a birthday delivery to take place on Saturday in the Bay Area; at 2:15 PST--still during the business hours -- I received an email saying they weren't going to be able to deliver until Monday but that would still mark the "special date" they were for. Um, no. I suspect they never intended to get it delivered on Saturday. Very displeased, I assumed the recipient already had them by 2 pm. The only credit I can give them is that I stewed about it for a couple of hours then wrote demanding cancellation and a refund and I got it fairly quickly the next day. I do NOT recommend them if you want to be sure of a specific delivery date. I have no idea if the flowers are in fact any good; I rather doubt that they would have made a fresh bouquet on Monday, but would have delivered the two-day old one (if they had even made it up on Saturday); they didn't say, if this happens to you you should ensure they are fresh on the delayed delivery date.
